While attempting to enlarge your penis and increase your ability to hold an erection, you may need a way to prevent premature ejaculation. If you want to hold an erection for longer in order to please your partner, a certain routine is recommended.
Recommended Daily Penis Workout (Five Times per Week Max)
Your daily penis workout should only be done five times a week. Ideally, you should try it perhaps from Sunday to Tuesday and then maybe take a break on Wednesday to Friday. This will ensure adequate healing time between sessions.
Your recommended routine includes as follows:
Step #1 (Hot Towel Wrap)-In order to encourage blood flow through your member wrap it in a warm towel. Hold your wrapped unit in the towel for about one minute. You can do this no matter if you are flaccid (limp) or erect.
Step #2 (Stretching Exercises)-This is recommended and in fact should be considered a requirement before you start the jelqing or PC muscle routines. (See below for further explanation about these other exercises.)
Several variations of stretching routines are designed to help you learn self-control and prevent premature ejaculation.
A typical penis stretching routine would consist of the following:
1. First, grip your member and gradually pull it outward from you. Then, repeat this action nine more times. While doing so do not pull too hard. Each repetition should last about 10 to 15 seconds.
2. Do the same as #1 but in a different direction. When finished, you should have completed additional sets to the left, right, and then down. All of these should be done 10 repetitions each just like you did as you began in the previous step.
3. When you are done with the above routines, rub the end of your penis until it is firm. Then, while holding your thumb and forefinger in a semi-circle pull forward. Do this 10 times.
4. When this is completed, perform circular stretches. Routine your penis around and outward at the same time, and repeat this action 10 times. After doing this outward, do it too the left and to the right.
5. Finally, pull on each side while slapping your organ onto your inner thigh. This you would also do 10 times. This is the end of a typical stretching routine. Now you should be ready for the next exercise phase.
Step #3 (Jelqing)-This activity involves working your penis as if you were milking a cow’s nipple. Rotate hands as you rub from the base to the tip.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTION: Do not do this when your penis is fully erect! It should be no more than ¾ hard or you could seriously injure yourself.
Step #4 (PC Muscle Routine)-This is one routine that will really help with premature ejaculation. It involves squeezing your pubic area muscles in a similar way that a woman does Kegel Exercises.
