Masturbation after Exercises is a Good Idea?

Every man interacts with his penis throughout his life. He sees it, touches it, and uses it several times everyday. Some men, mostly in youth even think with their penises, but that is not recommended. Point is we’re all very familiar with our penises and there is no reason to be embarrassed by them, or about them. It’s the most spontaneous organ you have, and there is a lot we can all learn about it.

Guys who use penis enlargement exercise tend to learn much more than the rest of the men out there about how to improve it, and how to use it. Women love that! Still, each little bit we learn seems to give us more questions about our favorite organ. One of the most frequent questions is about the safety of penis enlargement.

It’s no surprise this question pops up. After all, it’s the one part of a man’s body he’s hardwired to protect. Many of the enlargement exercises are performed on a semi-erect penis, so that means men have to arouse themselves someway, especially if they’re alone to doing their exercises. It’s also little wonder that exercises often arouse a man, and make them want to relieve that tension through masturbation.

Masturbation after Exercises: Slow your Gains by up to 30 Percent

It might seem like a shame to waste that erection, but the truth is that masturbation right after penis enlargement exercise is not recommended. The Thunder’s Place and MOS open forums have carried out a survey among the penis enlargement community. More than 900 men answered the questions, including one about the frequency of masturbation sessions.

The results showed that men who masturbate and ejaculate within an hour of performing penis enlargement exercise gain less than those who are master’s of their own destiny. The data shows that ejaculating shortly after exercises can slow your gains by up to 30 percent. It’s because ejaculating right after exercise quickly reduces the blood flow, and hampers the healing and growth process.

Cells don’t heal in an elongated state, but instead start to shrink back to their original size. So, it stands to reason that you should wait a while before sex, or masturbation. The body might want that instant gratification, but it’s best to wait and let the healing and growing begin.

But how long? We know it’s tough, but you should wait at least two hours from the time you finish you routine, to the time you ejaculate. Otherwise you gains will be slowed, and all the hard work will go down the drain. No pun intended.
